We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your product, here’s how you can request a refund.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Used items, clearance products, gift cards, or customized pieces.
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of personal-use accessories (e.g., mouthpieces, vaporizers).
3. Refund Process
- Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
- Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue for a replacement or refund.
